Roman villa of Vinamargo
5 / 1

This archaeological site takes its name from the place where it was discovered. It was built in the middle of the 1st century and inhabited for 400 years. It was eventually abandoned and, 1.500 years later, its remains were rescued from oblivion. During the channelling works of the Fraga ravine, carried out between 2009 and 2012, 3,000 m2 of this rural building were excavated, making it the largest Roman villa in the province of Castelló.

First, we will head to the interpretation centre and then we will visit the archaeological remains of the villa.
